Orange Drizzle Cake
Recipe from Tom’s BBC Three Counties Radio show – 13.11.2016.
Serves 4

250g softened butter
4 eggs
Zest of ½ an orange
50g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
225g caster sugar
250g ground almonds

Whisk together softened butter with orange zest, then add the eggs one by one.
Combine the dry ingredients and fold through the eggs/butter.
Cook at 180 °C until golden brown and springs at touch (approx. 35 minutes)
