White Chocolate and Peanut Cake

Serves 4

150g unsalted butter
200g plain flour
100g caster sugar
100g brown sugar
3 eggs
200g white chocolate buttons
1 tsp baking powder
Handful of peanuts
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 170 °c

Melt butter & white chocolate together over a medium heat, then put to side. Whisk together eggs, sugar, baking powder & salt. Then fold in butter & white chocolate into the egg mixture. Fold into the mixture the flour & roughly chopped peanuts. Pour mixture into cake tin & place into oven at 170 °c for 20-30 minutes (until golden)
Bring out of oven & sprinkle white chocolate & chopped peanuts on top (they should melt into the cake).

Wait to cool. Then serve
